We know the judges will have a difficult job choosing between the many outstanding nominations - but we still want to hear about them all!
We know there are thousands of people who work tirelessly across the county and carry out great work in the community, usually without reward and often without recognition.
This year will be the eigth year of the awards which will culminate with a glittering presentation ceremony on Friday 28th September 2012, featuring special celebrity host Nitin Ganatra, who is best known for playing the part of Masood in Eastenders.
But we need your help, and your nominations, to make that happen so please take the time to make a nomination now.
Place your mouse over the Category titles below, for more details. Wicksteed Park will also be awarding one of this year's category winners with a Special Choice Award award.
